Mississippi Women In Cannabis

At MWIC, we are dedicated to empowering and uniting women in the cannabis industry through education, advocacy, and collaboration.

Our Mission

Our mission is twofold. Mississippi Women in Cannabis (MWIC) is a part of the larger movement of a fair, just, and equitable society for women as a whole.

We are committed to ensuring that the cannabis industry in Mississippi is fair, equitable, and just. By empowering women at all levels of the industry, we help them excel as leaders and change agents. Through exposure and education, we provide networking, advocacy, career opportunities, and intentional mentorship to support their growth and success.

Women are the drivers in the decisions that affect their lives and their careers.

Marginalized and disadvantaged communities are provided equitable ownership and employment opportunities in the cannabis industry.
